For the Son of Man (Jesus Christ) is as a man taking a far journey, who left His house, and gave authority to His servants, and to every man His work, and commanded the gate keeper to watch. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. ~ Mark 13:32-37<\/p>\n\n\n\n Old Testament Book of Hosea Quotes and Prophecies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n During Pentecost I was doing devotions and reading through some of the famous quotes and prophecies in the Old Testament book of Hosea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This verse is famous because the Prophets, Priests and Kings<\/mark> of Israel are out of favor with God though the \u201cwatchman\u201d remain in good favor with God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of your iniquity, and the great hatred. The watchman of Ephraim was with my God: but the [false] prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God. They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore He will remember their iniquity, He will visit their sins. ~ Hosea 9:7-9<\/p>\n\n\n\n The famous \u201cOut of Egypt\u201d verse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt. ~ Hosea 11:1<\/p>\n\n\n\n And [the Holy Family \u2013 Joseph, Mary and Jesus] was there [in Egypt] until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet (Hosea), saying, Out of Egypt have I called My Son. ~ Matthew 2:15<\/p>\n\n\n\n The famous \u201cThird Day\u201d Millennial Kingdom Reign prophecy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for He has torn, and He will heal us; He has smitten, and He will bind [repair] us up. After two days [two millennium] will He revive us: in the third day<\/mark> [third millennium \u2013 The Millennial Kingdom Reign of Jesus Chris] He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth. ~ Hosea 6:1-2<\/p>\n\n\n\n The \u201cUs\u201d Triunity Three Persons verse<\/mark> \u2013 there he (Jacob) spoke with Us (God).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The LORD has also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him. He (Jacob) took his brother (Esau) by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God: Yes, he had power over the Angel (Genesis 32:24), and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto Him (Angel messenger \u2013 Jesus Christ): he found Him (Jesus Christ) in Bethel, and there he (Jacob) spoke with Us<\/mark> (Father, Son, Holy Spirit); Even the LORD God of Hosts (Jesus Christ); the LORD is his memorial.
