The Cardiff Memorandum 2026

The First Ministers of the UK’s devolved nations will sign a landmark agreement on Monday aimed at putting pressure on Downing Street (London) to hold referendums on independence.

Successive UK governments have been consistently against the holding of referendums on separation since the 2014 vote in Scotland and hopes earlier this week of a softening position were dashed by Downing Street.

UK Leaders of Scotland, Ireland and Wales are expected to meet in Cardiff today (September 14, 2026) to sign an agreement aimed at putting pressure on London ‘Downing Street’ to hold referendums on their independence.

British Prime Minister Andy Burnham told the Commons another vote in Scotland could be held if there was a “clear consensus” north of the border for it, but a letter sent to Mr Swinney later clarified a referendum remained “off limits”.

Now after the corrupt and evil British Government has attempted to further divide the Nation of Israel the United Kingdom (UK) is facing the real possibility of itself being divided into four separate Nations with Scotland, Ireland and Wales separating from Britain permanently dissolving the British United Kingdom.

There are several factors that make the longstanding separations inevitable.

1. BREXIT

It will require Scotland, Ireland and Wales to separate from the UK in order to regain their membership in the European Union.

2. British Monarchy

The Nations of Scotland, Ireland and Wales are their own unique entities and cultures. Separating from the UK and the collapsing British Monarchy is the best way to preserve their culture and forward their own national interests.

3. Britain’s Financial Debt

Britain is so financially in debt that the British government recently decided to decrease and reprioritize defense spending in order to commit to further social welfare spending.

The British Government has a £50 billion financial shortfall in social spending this year alone – the average savings of a dissolved UK would be £50 billion a year for Britain as they would no longer provided the same amount of financial aid to Scotland, Ireland and Wales in support – essentially balancing the books for Britain.
