The Two Offices (horns) of the False Prophet

The fallen spirit False Prophet entity (Behemoth) controlles and manipulates two human religious offices.

The two human leaders (horns)  are considered to be the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church and the Archbishop of the Church of England .
